Who You Are
You’re a skilled CNC operator with a strong focus on accuracy.
You confidently read and interpret shop drawings and manufacturing plans.
You’re able to keep machines running smoothly while backing the crew and sharing the load.
You take pride in quality, stay organised and look for ways to improve every day.
You’ve got:
- 2+ years experience operating CNC machinery in a joinery or manufacturing environment.
- Experience assembling joinery components from CNC produced parts.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and manufacturing drawings.
- Strong technical, mechanical and mathematical skills.
- Trade qualification in Cabinetmaking, Shopfitting or Wood Machining (highly regarded).
- White Card and current driver’s licence (highly regarded).

What We Need
Our CNC operators play a critical role in keeping projects on track. We need operators who can:
- Operate and maintain CNC machinery to produce precise joinery components.
- Program CNC equipment and minimise waste wherever possible.
- Read and interpret manufacturing drawings with accuracy.
- Carry out regular checks to ensure all components meet Seascape standards.
- Maintain and repair equipment and tools when required.
- Keep stock and raw materials organised and recorded accurately.
- Work to LEAN principles and maintain a tidy, safe work area.
- Take part in continuous improvement programs to keep lifting the standard.
Success In This Role
- CNC components are accurate, consistent and ready for assembly.
- Machines are well maintained, safe and productive.
- Workflows stay on track with minimal reworks.
- The crew is productive and proud of the work delivered.
- Clients return because we get it done right, every time.
