Who You Are
You’re an experienced estimator with a background in commercial joinery or construction.
You are detail-driven and confident in interpreting drawings, scopes and finish schedules.
Proactive in building strong supplier and client relationships.
Professional, organised and able to balance deadlines without losing accuracy.
You’ve got:
- 2+ years estimating experience in construction, manufacturing or joinery
- Experience in commercial joinery or shopfitting (highly regarded)
- Strong technical, mathematical and communication skills
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and material take offs
- High level computer skills with ERP or CRM software experience
- Understanding of construction processes, industry standards and risk management
- White Card and current driver’s licence

What We Need
Estimating is where projects begin, and accuracy here sets the tone for success. We need an estimator who can:
- Review project scopes, drawings and finish schedules with precision
- Interpret architectural plans and verify material take offs
- Manage procurement of products and services for projects
- Obtain competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
- Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships
- Prepare accurate cost analysis and project proposals
- Maintain product, material and specification libraries within Innergy (ERP)

- Estimates are accurate, competitive and align with project requirements
- Supplier and subcontractor relationships are strong and reliable
- Project costs are transparent, controlled and profitable
