2. Pre-Production
Before anything hits the factory floor, we make sure everything’s locked in and lined up.
Once we’ve reviewed your project and confirmed available capacity, you’ll receive a formal purchase order acceptance. This outlines your manufacturing window and sets the critical milestones that keep things moving.
From there, our drafting team gets to work, turning concepts into shop drawings and production files. You’ll review and approve each item through our online portal, with clear deadlines to keep your window secure. It is critical that obligations are met on both sides to avoid your manufacturing window slipping.

3. Manufacturing & Assembly
When your joinery leaves our factory, it’s protected, packed, and delivered with care. Every component arrives on-site exactly how it left our factory – flawless, compliant and ready to install.
Our in-house installers work with precision, protect surrounding finishes, and keep safety front of mind. We make sure there’s no damage or hold-ups for the next trade.
Before we leave site, your client representative signs off on our work, confirming everything is exactly as promised.
